    புதிய மின் இணைப்பு/கூடுதல் மின்பளு விண்ணப்பங்களுக்கான ஆவணங்கள்
  • விண்ணப்பதரரின் புகைப்படம்
  • விற்பனை பத்திரம் / பகிர்வு பத்திரம் / பரிசு தீர்வு / ஒதுக்கீடு கடிதம் / கணினி பட்டா அல்லது வருவாய் துறை அதிகாரிகள் வழங்கிய உரிம சான்றிதழ் அல்லது நீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்பு அல்லது சமீபத்திய சொத்து வரி ரசீது போன்ற உரிமையின் சான்றுகளின் சான்றளிக்கப்பட்ட நகல்.

  • விண்ணப்பதாரருக்கு 112KW க்கும் அதிகமான மின் பளு தேவைப்பட்டால், ஒப்புதல் படிவத்தை PDF வடிவத்தில் பதிவேற்றவும்.

  • தாழ்வழுத்த மின் இணைப்புகள் இருக்கும் நேர்வில,தரையின் பரப்பு 900 சதுரமீட்டர் மற்றும் அதற்கு மேல் இருந்தாலோ அல்லது மின் தேவை 112 கிலோவாட்டிற்கு மேல் இருந்தாலோ,தமிழ்நாடு மின் பகிர்மான விதித்தொகுப்பின் 29(11) ஆம் உள் ஒழுங்குமுறை விதியின் படி மின்மாற்றியை நிறுவுவதற்காக ஒதுக்கிவைக்கபட்ட பரப்பிடத்தின் ஒப்புதலளிக்கப்பட்ட திட்ட வரைபடம் .

    ஆ.நுகர்வோரின்‌ சம்மதம் இல்லாமல் (விற்பனை பத்திரம் / பகிர்வு பத்திரம் / பரிசு தீர்வு ) மூலம் பெயர் மாற்றம் செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களுக்கான ஆவணங்கள்
  • Form-4 -(உறுதியேற்புடன்‌ பெயர்‌ மாற்றத்துக்கான அடிப்படை ஆவணம்‌)
  • விற்பனை பத்திரம் / பகிர்வு பத்திரம் / பரிசு தீர்வு / ஒதுக்கீடு கடிதம் / கணினி பட்டா அல்லது வருவாய் துறை அதிகாரிகள் வழங்கிய உரிம சான்றிதழ் அல்லது நீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்பு அல்லது சமீபத்திய சொத்து வரி ரசீது போன்ற உரிமையின் சான்றுகளின் சான்றளிக்கப்பட்ட நகல்

  • Recent Applicant's photo
  • Certified Copy of proof of ownership such as sale deed/ partition deed/ gift settlement/allotment letter/ computer patta or ownership certificate issued by revenue department officials or court judgement or recent property tax receipt
  • In case of joint property, certified copies of proof of ownership such as legal heir certificate along with parent documents specified above and consent letters from co-owners. If consent letter is not produced, an indemnity bond with enhanced security deposit
  • If the applicant is not the owner, consent letter from owner in Form 5 or valid proof of occupancy and indemnity bond in Form 6
  • If the applicant requires the load more than 112KW,scan the Undertaking form for more than 112 KW-Download and upload in pdf format
    Documents required for Temporary supply
  • Recent Applicant's photo
  • Certified Copy of proof of ownership such as sale deed/ partition deed/ gift settlement/allotment letter/ computer patta or ownership certificate issued by revenue department officials or court judgement or recent property tax receipt
  • In case of joint property, certified copies of proof of ownership such as legal heir certificate along with parent documents specified above and consent letters from co-owners. If consent letter is not produced, an indemnity bond with enhanced security deposit
  • If the applicant is not the owner, consent letter from owner in Form 5 or valid proof of occupancy and indemnity bond in Form 6
  • If the applicant requires the load more than 112KW,scan the Undertaking form for more than 112 KW-Download and upload in pdf format
  • Plan apprcval with area earmarked for installing transfomer in case of floor area of 900 square metre and above or the demand exceeds 112KW in case of LT service connections as per sub regulation 29 (11) ot the TNE Distibution code
